Great location just a short walk from the bustling city center. The views from the breakfast room on the 17th floor were absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic look at Tirana. Breakfast itself offered a decent variety but could use some improvements in quality. I loved the atmosphere, particularly at the revolving cocktail bar with its fantastic views. service was a bit inconsistent. I waited quite a while to be served at the bar, even when it wasn't busy. The room had a couple of issues, like two broken lights and a lack of drawers, which made it less convenient. The parking situation was also confusing and tight. Despite these hiccups, the experience was enjoyable.

Waking up every morning to the delicious smell of freshly baked pastries and coffee was a delightful routine. The staff were consistently friendly, and the breathtaking views from the breakfast area were nothing short of spectacular.

I was incredibly disappointed to be placed on the 1st floor despite requesting a view. The amenities in the bathroom were inadequate for a hotel of this quality, which was baffling. the breakfast buffet felt like a long wait, and the selection was quite modest, leaving a lot to be desired.

Very supportive staff. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace where they serve breakfast every morning. The Albanian cuisine was delicious, better than I expected. The location was perfect, right in the heart of things, made moving around real easy.
